And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.
— Colossians 3:14

Stephanie Vee, a Dominican-American singer-songwriter and guitarist from the Bronx, NY, is a follower of Jesus that discovered her calling in music at age 11. She expresses her faith through songwriting in both English and Spanish. Her relationship with God has led her to minister through music at various churches and events in the NYC and Boston areas.

Throughout the years, God has placed in her heart the desire to help people meet Jesus in a real and transformative way. Using her giftings in prophecy, prayer and worship leading, her heart’s desire is to see people of different faiths, colors, races, genders, beliefs and lifestyles come together to meet the Living God…the One who transcends all walls and barriers.

It is time to proclaim unity in the Body of Christ and spread His healing Love to all who need it. It is time to sing a new song unto the Lord! (Psalm 96:1).

Stephanie is…

…a singer-songwriter, a guitarist, an anthropologist at heart, a missionary, a Latina woman of color, a curly girl, an avid lover of films, a burger fanatic, and, most importantly, a woman of God.

She speaks English, Spanish, and conversational French, and is currently studying Korean.

Along with music, faith, and languages, Stephanie is passionate about advocating for mental and emotional health, having had her own struggles with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, self-hatred, and perfectionism. She hopes her music can help bring peace and healing to the hearts of others suffering and in pain.

Ministry

Stephanie has led worship at various Christian churches in the city. Her EP "8" (2016) embodies her commitment to fostering a deeper connection with God amidst our human imperfection. You can also find Stephanie on YouTube singing original songs and covers about God’s love and the intricacies of the human journey.

Ephesians 4:6 tells us that He is “…one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” So, whether the music is “spiritual” or “secular”, God can be found in all things.

May God stir in us the hunger to see Him illuminate and transform it all.
